Diesel injectors and their parts are completely disassembled to prepare every component for inspection, cleaning and restoration (when it is needed). Diesel injectors go through extreme environments, therefore, once we’ve disassembled the injector, the parts and components are cleaned through an exhaustive cleaning process to remove any dirt. We use high-quality OEM standard processes for cleaning, disassembling and reassembling diesel injectors.
When it comes to remanufacturing diesel injectors, our experienced technicians are Robert Bosch® CRIN certified and follow the same repair protocols that the factory uses. We only install Bosch® OE parts and back our remanufactured common rail injectors with a two-year parts warranty on workmanship.
